Cameron Peterson - Student of the Month

Cam Peterson was chosen as the high school student of the month. He is a seventh-grade student at Bowbells Public. “Cam works hard without complaining. He has a positive attitude in class and is well organized. Even with adjusting to junior high and cross country, he is on top of letting his teachers know when he will miss class and getting his work done,” expressed his teacher Mrs. Cerise. Cam defined having a positive attitude to mean not having a bad attitude and always looking for the good in things. “Stay on top of your homework and always ask for help if you need it. Having a good attitude will make it easier to feel good about getting your stuff done,” advised Cam. Education is important to Cam because it will help him get to college and get a job. Cam is involved in wrestling, cross country, student council, FBLA and band. When he is not in school, he enjoys hunting and wrestling. Cam is the son of Justin and Anna Peterson.
